High pressure reactor «MONIСOR-Autoclave-200-200» (autoclave) is designed to conduct corrosion researches under the certain corrosion activity of the medium and the reagents performance for corrosion protection by gravimetric and LPR methods at the pressures up to 20.0 MPa and the temperature up to 200 ° C with stirring medium. The reactor can be used for conducting chemical reactions and for other purposes if the temperature and pressure ranges are maintained.

     The reactor is a vessel with a volume of 1.5 liter with a lid with flange fastening to the vessel body. The autoclave provides stirring of the medium with a screw blade, carried out by torque transmission to the magnetic couplings, which ensures the tightness of the autoclave. To research the corrosion processes in the autoclave sample holders and an LPR sensor (which determines the instantaneous corrosion rate when using a LPR-based corrosimeter) are applied.
